Live FAQ
Your site gets questions when nobody is awake to answer them.
Live FAQ answers from your own pages, scrolls the visitor to the answer, and opens your calendar when they are ready to book. Free while in early access.
How it works
A visitor picks a question or types one. The box answers from your own pages, then your page scrolls to where the answer lives and highlights it.
- 1
Paste your website
Live FAQ reads your public pages and drafts the questions, the answers and where each one lives
- 2
Check the answers
Edit any answer, pick the starter questions and add your booking link
- 3
Preview it beside your site
Ask a question and watch your page move to the answer
- 4
Add one line to your site
Paste the prompt into your site builder, your coding agent or a message to whoever runs your site
On wide screens the box sits beside your page and your page makes room. On phones it is a sheet that steps aside while the page moves.

What it reads
Paste your website and it reads up to 15 of your public pages, starting with the ones that answer visitors: FAQ, pricing, help, docs and about.
Nothing behind a login: sign-in pages, account pages and pages that ask for a password are left out.
In setup you can also add a public Google Doc or PDF, or paste the FAQ you already have.
Answers from your own pages
Answers come from your pages and your edits, and each one shows its source.
When it doesn’t know, it says so and offers related questions and a call. In setup you can edit any answer before you add the box.
Ask out loud
The box on this page takes spoken questions: tap the mic, ask, and it reads the answer’s headline back to you.
It works in Chrome and Safari. If the mic is blocked or off, type your question instead.
Voice for the box you add to your site is not part of this release. That box answers typed questions.
Book a call, or leave an email
Add your booking link from Cal.com, Calendly or any scheduling page, and Book a call opens your calendar without leaving the page. On your site it takes the page’s place beside the box on a wide screen, and opens inside the box on a phone. In the box on this page it opens inside the box. A calendar that can’t be shown there opens in a new tab.
After an answer, a visitor who goes to leave without booking is asked once for their email. It is emailed to you with the questions they asked, so you can write back.
One line to install
Sign in, check your answers and copy one line into your site, just before the closing body tag.

Results
Results compares visitors who get the box with visitors who don’t: who opened it, booked a call or clicked through to sign up.
You choose what share of visitors see the box. The rest are the comparison group.
